Gateway Labrador is a tourist information and museum in Labrador West that needed a brand identity rooted in place.

I designed a visual system inspired by retro national park posters, with earthy colors, vintage typography, and a custom tree-shaped logo that also forms a key. The brand needed to feel adventurous but grounded, with room to speak to both locals and out-of-province visitors.

During this project, I created business cards, signage, and provided a full set of brand guidelines that covered everything from logo usage to tone of voice, color pairing, type hierarchy, and photo direction. The final brand feels informative and welcoming, with a bit of nostalgia, too.
